• Deposit is required for every appointment

• The deposit is deducted from the total price

• The deposit is non-refundable

• We only use pre-streched hair

• The prices for each hairstyle do not include the purchase of the hair that is needed for that hairstyle

• Hair can be provided but it will be at an additional cost depending on the hairstyle that has been chosen

• Some hairstyles may have a starting price and the exact price will be determined in-person

During your appointment

• Please do not book an appointment if you are in a rush or do not have enough time

• Please show up for your appointment within 30 minutes to avoid delays

• Please confirm the hairstyle chosen before your appointment day

• The remaining amount can be paid in cash, paypal, cashapp, zelle, and apple cash.
